Top 15 User Inactivity Today
Today only, from 10:30 AM through 7:30 PM. Separate inactive periods are added together; prior dates and time outside this daily window are excluded.
Authorized support only
The Permanent Agent displays a Windows notice whenever a live screen/control session starts. Use the console only on systems where the owner or organization has authorized support and monitoring.
Create a temporary support session
Send a consent-based browser link or a temporary agent package to the client.
Ready.
Permanent Endpoints
Connect, manage, troubleshoot, and update installed agents.
| Status | Endpoint | User | IP | Operating System | Agent | Last Seen | Actions |

Tenant Organization Workspace
Create a tenant first, then add its sites and groups directly inside the hierarchy. Expand any level to see every endpoint beneath it.
Create a tenant, expand it, and add sites and groups inside the same hierarchy.
Hierarchy & Filters
The same filters control the hierarchy and endpoint cards. Expand Tenant → Site → Group to reach each managed endpoint.
Endpoint Management
Manage endpoints individually with the same Remote Support actions, or select visible/all endpoints for coordinated operations.
Select endpoints, choose Run now, and the console will wait for the real endpoint result.
| Status | Endpoint | Tenant / Site / Group | User | IP | Operating System | Agent | Last Seen | Actions |
|---|
Windows Update & Patching Center
Select one, several, or all endpoints and queue the same Windows Update, remediation, or restart action. Individual details remain available for each computer.
Remediation & Servicing
Run a repair action on every selected online endpoint.
Select endpoints and choose an action. Offline endpoints are safely skipped.
Endpoint Patch Status
Checkboxes control bulk actions. Open Details provides the complete updates, CVEs, history, remediation, and per-update controls for one endpoint.
| Endpoint | Site | Group | Status | Pending | Security | Critical | CVEs | Restart | Last Scan | Current Job | Actions |
|---|
Bulk Action Results
Shows whether each selected endpoint was queued, skipped, or returned an error.
Data Loss Prevention by Endpoint
Enable alert-only DLP per endpoint, apply policies in bulk, and control which confidential-information sources are monitored. DLP never blocks or changes user content.
| Status | Endpoint | User / Agent | Site / Group | DLP | Policy Coverage | Action | Last Policy Change | Actions | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Open the DLP tab to load endpoint policies. | |||||||||
DLP Incidents
Alert-only endpoint detections. Sensitive values are masked before upload; raw clipboard and file content are not stored, blocked, deleted, moved, or changed.
| Time | Endpoint | Source | Detectors | Severity | Result | Application / File | Masked Preview |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No DLP incidents loaded. | |||||||
DLP Policy Coverage
Each endpoint can use its own detector set. The endpoint worker monitors supported Windows channels and sends masked alerts only. Clipboard-based browser, email, chat and AI detection uses foreground-app context; files, USB, screenshots and print jobs are observed by the isolated SYSTEM worker. Nothing is blocked, deleted, moved, quarantined, cleared, or cancelled.
Appointments Calendar
Create, organize, and email professional appointment confirmations to the client and the signed-in user.
Notes & Projects
Capture ideas, maintain project workspaces, attach documents and images, and schedule email reminders through the configured SMTP service.
Professional Reports & Employee Analytics
Professional HTML reports generated from authorized endpoint, application, browser-history, inactivity, support-session, and health telemetry.
Choose a report and export it as professional HTML.
Applications Usage
Applications used by each endpoint with duration and percentage of tracked foreground time.
Web Usage
Domain, category, approximate duration, browser, visits, and percentage by endpoint.

Configure email delivery for endpoint connection and disconnection notifications.
Configure SMTP, save the settings, and send a test message.
Application Backup & Recovery
Export the recoverable application database, users, settings, tenants, endpoints, sessions history, and operational data. Import restores the selected backup and automatically creates a safety backup of the current state first.
The exported file is password-encrypted and authenticated. It contains the recoverable database, users, settings, credentials, tenants, endpoints, histories, uploads, and application encryption key. Active login tokens, live frame cache, and queued live-control commands are excluded.
Ready. Choose a strong password and export an encrypted .ccbackup recovery file.
Clean Start for a New Tenant
Permanently erase all old endpoints, sessions, histories, DLP and risk alerts, reports, notes, appointments, uploads, SMTP settings, saved credentials, tenants, users and application backups. The administrator currently performing the reset is the only login preserved.
This action does not retain a recovery backup. After completion, sign in again with the same administrator username and password. A clean operational tenant with the name entered above will be created automatically.
Ready. Enter the new tenant name and type DELETE ALL DATA only when you are ready to permanently start over.
Users
Administrators can add, edit, disable, or delete accounts. Viewers can use remote support but cannot open Settings.
